I've been using sequoia already for a few months.
I like that the program is based on world standardized tests - it gives me confidence that the information and guidance I receive is trustworthy and reliable.
I also like exercises with timers - they are easy to understand and follow. Also app help you to stay consistent and not forget about exercising.
Overall I'd say it worth trying for every man.
