What inspired you to create Sequoia, and how did your personal experiences influence the product?

@new_user_937170b1b4 as for me, I found that sedentary job leads to different health issues, especially with sexual behaviour. It decreases the quality of living and creates silent problem for men. So the main idea is to highlight and solve this issues and give the men understanding that they are not alone!

How do you keep users motivated long-term when progress isn’t instant? Any gamification or community features?

@ilyayaroshevichqa good question! The same way as in many health/fitness apps where the progress is not instant. So some kind of streaks. Gamification and community features are on the road also but now we are focusing on AI
