I run a few small SaaS products solo, and the growth side of the job SEO and Google Ads has always been what I procrastinate on. Not because I don't know what to do, but because doing it means bouncing between Search Console, Google Ads, my codebase, a content doc, and four browser tabs of conflicting advice. By the time I've figured out what to fix, it's midnight and I've shipped nothing.

Most builders skip this. The pull to keep shipping new things is real. But I have seen too many products where 10 features exist and 6 of them half-work.
The rule I set for myself: nothing new ships until what is already built works properly end to end.
