We built PrepIt for coffee shop operations, with tools for inventory, batch prep, recipes, checklists, scheduling, clock-ins, and daily team workflows in one connected platform. A lot of caf s still rely on scattered systems to run important parts of the business, and we wanted to build something more practical, more connected, and more specific to how coffee shops actually operate. The honest pitch: most of offensive security isn't the clever exploit it's the hours of mapping attack surface, chasing dead ends, and triaging scanner noise. We're automating that part so humans spend their time on the findings that actually matter.

It started with a small frustration that I think a lot of you have hit too. A few months ago I just wanted to convert a Word file to PDF. Simple, right? Instead I landed on a site that made me sign up, watch an ad, hit a "free" limit after one file, and then slapped a watermark on the result. I tried another one same story. What it does: You paste a YouTube video link the AI watches it, breaks it into bite-sized sections then teaches you the content step by step on a whiteboard with voice, like a real tutor. At the end, you get a quiz and flashcards to review.
