I think we forgot that the sky is still there

I open a new tab more than a hundred times a day.

Most of the time, it feels like nothing.

A blank page.
A search.
Another task.

But behind the screen, the sky is still moving.

PrepIt launched today👏🎉

PrepIt is now live on Product Hunt. We built PrepIt for coffee shop operations, with tools for inventory, batch prep, recipes, checklists, scheduling, clock-ins, and daily team workflows in one connected platform. A lot of caf s still rely on scattered systems to run important parts of the business, and we wanted to build something more practical, more connected, and more specific to how coffee shops actually operate. Also, thank you to everyone who sent birthday wishes. I really appreciate it. Launching on the same day made this one especially memorable. Would genuinely love your support and feedback on the launch.

We built an AI that does the boring offensive security where should the human stay in the loop?

Hey makers

I'm Syef, CEO and co-founder of Xseth a two-person team building an autonomous recon + triage engine for offensive security. Our users are the people drowning in attack surface and noise: bug bounty hunters, MSPs, and MSSPs.

The honest pitch: most of offensive security isn't the clever exploit it's the hours of mapping attack surface, chasing dead ends, and triaging scanner noise. We're automating that part so humans spend their time on the findings that actually matter.

We're pre-seed and heads-down, but I'd rather build in the open than in a vacuum. A few things I genuinely want this room's take on:

Why Do Growing Companies Struggle More With Employee Engagement Than Startups?

When a company has 10 employees, engagement feels natural.

Everyone knows what s happening. Communication is direct. Founders are accessible. Feedback loops happen organically.

But somewhere between 50 and 500 employees, things start to change.

I've noticed that many growing businesses don't struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because information, recognition, accountability, and collaboration become harder to manage at scale.

Hey Product Hunt

I want to share something I've been building solo, and honestly, I'd love your brutal feedback more than your upvotes.

It started with a small frustration that I think a lot of you have hit too. A few months ago I just wanted to convert a Word file to PDF. Simple, right? Instead I landed on a site that made me sign up, watch an ad, hit a "free" limit after one file, and then slapped a watermark on the result. I tried another one same story. A third one looked like it was designed in 2009 and asked for my email "to send the file."

That same week I needed to extract the audio from a video, then compress an image without destroying its quality. Three different sketchy sites, three different paywalls. I thought: why isn't there one clean place that just does the thing and gets out of my way?

Frame Localizer helps you test multilingual UI before translation breaks the design.

Hello PH community!

I built Frame Localizer because translation usually gets treated like a text problem, when it s really a UI problem.

It s a Figma plugin for testing multilingual UI earlier in the design workflow. The focus is simple: help teams see whether a screen still works after translation, especially when layout, mixed-language content, and UI consistency start to break down.

Hey,

Next week I'm doing something a bit unusual. One product launch per day, every day, for a full week.

I built an AI tutor that turns any YouTube video into an interactive lesson

Hey everyone! I've been working on a side project called Pandio and would really appreciate some help testing it before launch.

What it does: You paste a YouTube video link the AI watches it, breaks it into bite-sized sections then teaches you the content step by step on a whiteboard with voice, like a real tutor. At the end, you get a quiz and flashcards to review.

How it works:

What happened to your family's photos from 10 years ago?

Hey everyone

Quick question - where do your family memories actually live?
