Hi Product Hunt！ I built ClaimShelf because I repeatedly found myself filling out a form or submitting a reimbursement without having the required ID, invoice, or receipt nearby. Saving photos helped, but finding the right image later was unreliable, and I didn’t want sensitive documents uploaded to another company’s server. ClaimShelf gives each document a private, searchable home on the iPhone. It can recognize text on device, suggest useful fields, preserve the originals, and remind you about the next deadline. There’s no account, no advertising, no tracking, and no subscription. The first 15 documents are free, with an optional one-time lifetime unlock.
