We're doing to immigration what TurboTax did to taxes.

Today, moving abroad means navigating dozens of government websites, lawyers, appointments, documents, and unanswered questions. We're replacing that chaos with a single AI-powered platform that finds your best path to legal residency in under 3 minutes, then matches you with a licensed immigration lawyer and coordinates every step until you're legally settled. Making it effortless to live, work, move, and thrive anywhere.

Everyone else helps you understand the process. We're building the infrastructure that gets it done.

Who it's for

People who want to build a life in a new country without spending months figuring everything out on their own. We currently help migrants relocating to Spain, with plans to expand internationally.

Turning one of the world's most fragmented, human-driven processes into a scalable product without losing the trust, personalization, and legal expertise that life-changing immigration decisions require.

 The TurboTax analogy actually nails it. Immigration is one of those processes that's completely broken for the end user but nobody's really fixed it at the infrastructure level, just added more layers of PDFs and lawyer portals on top. The "find your path in 3 minutes" part is what I'd want to see hold up in practice, especially for edge cases like dual citizenship or work visa conversions.

 Turning PDFs into audio explanations is such a practical idea, so many of us have a backlog of documents we'll never actually sit down and read but would happily listen to during a commute or workout.

What I’m building: Clarity — a browser/PWA meeting recorder that turns a real call into a summary, decisions, a searchable transcript, and specific action items with owners, dates, and blockers. No app install and no meeting bot joins.

Who it’s for: freelancers, consultants, indie founders, and agency PMs who run client calls, 1:1s, or kickoffs.

Hardest part right now: getting people past signup and into one real recorded meeting, where the action items become concrete enough to replace rewriting notes afterward.

What I'm building: PreApp. Claude Code or Codex publishes the HTML/Markdown it just made, a reviewer comments on the exact section without an account, and the agent pulls those notes back against the right file version.

Who it's for: people using coding agents for non-coding work: reports, research pages, docs, and HTML decks they need to send to a teammate or client.

Hardest part right now: arbitrary HTML. A deck might be one page, 15 iframes, or a custom keyboard-driven app. The feedback still has to point somewhere useful after the agent rewrites it.

We dogfooded one checkout teardown through v1 -> v4 after six outside comments. Looking for 3 people with a non-sensitive HTML or Markdown artifact to run the same loop.

 The "reviewer comments without an account" part is clever, most feedback tools assume everyone involved wants to sign up just to leave a note. Handling arbitrary HTML like a 15-iframe deck sounds like a nightmare edge case though, respect for dogfooding through v1 to v4.
Wishing PreApp a smooth run finding those 3 testers, upvoted already.

What I'm building: Visual Sentinel, outside-in website monitoring that checks uptime, performance, SSL, DNS, content, and the rendered page. The wedge is pages that return 200 OK while the CTA, checkout, layout, or content is visibly broken. It is also operable from AI clients through a 16-tool MCP server, so a founder can ask Claude what is down or what happened in an incident.

Who it's for: solo SaaS founders and agencies managing client sites who need evidence before a customer reports the break.

Hardest part right now: keeping screenshot/content alerts sensitive enough to catch revenue-impacting changes without training people to ignore noise. On the business side, it is turning useful SEO and free checks into the first successful monitor, not just another pageview.

The homepage and gallery were refreshed today. Brutal feedback on whether the 200-OK-but-broken distinction is obvious in five seconds would be genuinely useful.

 The 200-OK-but-visually-broken gap is real and way more common than people admit. I've seen checkout pages pass every uptime check while the button was straight-up invisible on mobile. That's the scenario nobody catches until a customer screams.

The MCP integration so a founder can ask Claude directly what's down is a nice touch, cuts out a lot of frantic tab-switching during an incident. Upvoted and followed. Would genuinely check the five-second test you mentioned.

Not an AI product, but I’m building CompressVideo — a free, private browser-based video compressor.

It’s for anyone who needs to make an MP4, MOV, or WebM video small enough to send, upload, or attach without handing the file to a server. You can set an exact target size in MB (like 10MB or 25MB), or choose a quality preset.

The hardest part has been making browser-local compression practical: getting close to a requested file-size target while preserving useful visual quality, and handling larger files within browser memory limits.

 Thanks for sharing this, Dorian. The browser-local compression angle is genuinely smart, most tools either force you to upload or cap the file size so low it's useless. I've hit that exact wall trying to share screen recordings over Slack without losing half the quality.

The target-size-in-MB feature sounds like the killer detail here. Would love to know how it handles 4K footage or long recordings, that's usually where browser memory gives up. Rooting for this to keep growing. Upvoted and following to keep an eye on where it goes next.

 The audit tool showing what an AI fetches vs. what humans see is a genuinely useful framing. Most brands have no idea their site looks completely different to an LLM than to a person clicking through.

GEO is still pretty early so I think tools like this are going to matter a lot more in the next 12 months than most people expect right now. Upvoted and following. Will check out the audit tool this week.

Who it's for

CBT works. Getting to it is the hard part — and that gap is exactly what keeps people stuck in the loop instead of working through it. People with ADHD and social anxiety who feel paralysed by overwhelm, avoidance, or low energy and need a direct, structured nudge to get moving rather than another app asking them to reflect.

The hardest part you're solving right now

For me it is to reach people and get people to discover my app/website. I really think this app would help a lot of people. I have almost no budget and I have to rely on organic growth.

 "No journaling, no open-ended questions, just clear steps" is exactly the positioning that makes this different. Most mental health apps assume the user has the energy to reflect, which is often the whole problem with ADHD and anxiety. The direct structured nudge approach makes a lot of sense.

The Google Drive save instead of storing data server-side is a smart trust move for job seekers who are already paranoid about where their info goes.

 The MCP integration angle is smart, getting the error context directly into Claude or Cursor so the fix is literally one prompt away is way more useful than copy-pasting stack traces back and forth. The hardest part you mentioned, visibility, is real for dev tools because the people who'd love it most are usually heads-down building and not browsing PH.
