we’re launching unified orbis this week

Here’s what it is and why we built it.

Most teams run one workflow across five to ten disconnected apps, email for one thing, chat for another, tasks in a different tool, docs somewhere else, a CRM that never syncs with any of it. Nothing shares context. Half of “getting work done” is just relaying information between tools manually.

Unified Orbis puts it all in one native workspace: chat, tasks, epics, stories, sprints, kanban boards, documents, calendar, and email. not integrations bolted on, actually built in from the start.

The part that matters most is Orbis AI. It’s not a chatbot sitting on top of one app, it has context across the entire workspace so it can answer based on what’s actually happening across your tasks, docs, and conversations instead of guessing from one isolated tool.

Built this because onboarding a new hire into eight different apps just to get them productive is a broken default, and most teams have just accepted it as normal.
