While working closely with hiring processes, one thing kept standing out to me — most decisions still rely heavily on self-declared information like resumes, even though everyone knows they don’t always reflect real skills.
Over time, I started exploring a different approach:
- What if hiring decisions were based more on verified skills and concrete proof of work?
That’s what I’m building with @work_streak — a platform focused on making skill verification and hiring workflows (internal and external) more reliable and transparent.
It’s still early, and I’m learning as I go.
