My app has a complaint department?

One of the most valuable things we can get at this stage is direct feedback from the people actually using Votap. So I’ve been working on the Votap Council: a dedicated place inside the app for exactly that.

You can request a feature, suggest a politician, party or topic we should add, or tell us what you think needs improving. Other users can vote and comment on requests too, which helps us see what people actually want rather than us just guessing.

And I’m adding something new: direct chat with us. If something isn’t working, you have an idea, or you just want to tell us something, you’ll be able to message us directly from Votap.

At this stage, having that direct line between us and early users is incredibly useful. The people using Votap should have a say in what Votap becomes.
