I removed Picorn's signup wall. Where should the paid line be?
I kept watching people hit creative tools and get asked for an email before they had made anything. So I changed Picorn's editor: it now opens straight into the canvas. You can design an image or carousel and export PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF without an account or watermark.
The signup line is later: saving a project and using the server-side AI tools.
That creates an awkward but useful question. The free experience is real, but Picorn still needs a reason to earn money. I'm considering making the promise explicit: editing and export stay free; charge for saved projects, AI generation, and repeat workflows.
For people who use design tools: does that line feel fair, or would the upload and data handling matter more than the signup wall?
You can test the exact guest flow here:

I built it and genuinely want the uncomfortable answer, not a polite upvote.
