How do you get the first 100 active users for a hyper-local community app?

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm Ahmed, a solo developer building Parea Cycling , a mobile app to help local cyclists find ride buddies, organize group rides, and discover new routes. Right now, I'm focusing on my local area in Morocco to validate the concept. I recently decided to prioritize a GPX export feature over full turn-by-turn navigation for our MVP to keep things simple and scalable. However, I'm currently facing the classic "chicken and egg" problem of social apps (getting users to join when the community is still small). How did you overcome this initial traction phase in your own community-based products? Any advice on grassroots marketing or product features would be highly appreciated .
