FounderFlow Update: Slack and Outlook Integrations Are Now Live

by•

Hi Product Hunt community!

We've been working on FounderFlow, an AI Chief of Staff designed to help founders and small business owners manage their communications, priorities, and follow-ups without constantly switching between tools.

I wanted to share a few recent product updates and get your feedback.

Slack integration is now live

We've deployed our Slack integration to production. Our goal is to make it easier for founders to receive important business updates within the tools they already use.

Microsoft Outlook integration is now live

FounderFlow previously focused on Gmail. With Outlook support now in production, we're expanding the platform to serve more businesses that use Microsoft email.

We're continuing to test and refine the integration, particularly around account connectivity and email management.

Improving how FounderFlow prioritizes information

One of the biggest challenges we're working on is helping founders distinguish between messages that genuinely need attention and those that can wait.

We're refining several features:

  • Priority Inbox for identifying important communications

  • Executive Briefings for summarizing business activity

  • Follow-Up Management for tracking outstanding commitments

  • Revenue Radar for identifying potential business opportunities

  • CRM and Pipeline tools for organizing relationships and opportunities

We're also improving the accuracy of AI recommendations so users receive fewer unnecessary alerts.

What's coming next?

We're preparing an updated subscription experience with a planned 14-day free trial that won't require a credit card.

We're also continuing to improve reliability, onboarding, and the overall user experience.

I'd love feedback from other founders.

What's the biggest challenge you face when managing email, follow-ups, and business priorities?

And if you've used AI tools to help manage your daily workload, what's one thing you wish they did better?

Thanks for taking a look!
