Building chatform.in: forms that ask follow-up questions when answers are vague

Hey PH 👋 I'm building chatform.in, forms that run as a short conversation instead of a wall of fields.

The problem I kept hitting: lead and intake forms either get abandoned halfway, or come back with answers like "soon", "not sure" or "idk" that sales can't use.

What chatform.in does:

• Asks one question at a time and follows up when an answer is too thin

• Answers the respondent's questions from your own docs mid-form ("do you work with S-corps?")

• Emails people who drop off, with a holdout group so you can see whether the follow-up actually recovers anyone

• File uploads, consent, scheduling and payments inside the flow

• Sends data out via webhook, Zapier or API

There's a free tier. I'd love blunt feedback, especially from anyone running lead gen for an agency, coaching program or service business. What would make you switch from Typeform, Tally or Jotform?
