The “may be out of date” indicator now opens a proper review queue showing exactly which memories need attention.
From the queue, you can edit, append to, or forget a memory. Completed actions remove it from the list immediately, and deprecated memories are no longer included in the count.

Second Brain now removes more machine-generated clutter before it reaches recall:

Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet joining instructions
Repeated dial-in details from calendar events
Additional machine-generated sender addresses
