How are you actually managing your personal API keys and .env files?

I got so frustrated by this exact problem that I ended up building Scync (launching here in 2 days!).
My secrets were scattered across a digital wasteland:
Local .env files I was terrified to delete.
Slack DMs from years ago.
AWS credentials sitting in unencrypted Notion pages called "Stuffs".
Password managers feel clunky for developer metadata (like multi-line recovery codes), and enterprise tools like Doppler are massive overkill for solo projects.
I built Scync to be "Notion for developer secrets" - organized by project, zero-knowledge, and built around a fast copy-paste workflow.
Curious how other solo devs and indie hackers are managing this right now? Are you just using Apple Notes, or have you found a better workflow?
