Third update in a row, but this one's the big one: Conversation Radar

Kaavya from Scribble again. If you caught my last two updates, you know we've been shipping fast. This one is the feature those two were building towards.

Quick context for anyone new: Scribble tracks which sources AI engines cite when they answer questions. After 7,000+ citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude, one pattern would not go away: the sources are rarely brand websites. They're Reddit threads, Quora answers, LinkedIn posts, Medium pieces. People talking about brands, not brands talking about themselves.

Which means the conversations happening today are the citations of tomorrow. If your brand isn't in them, you're not in the answers either.

So we built Conversation Radar. It crawls 6 platforms (Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Medium, ), finds the live conversations relevant to your brand and category, tags each one as a Question, Discussion, Problem, or Comparison, and links you straight to the thread so you can join it. Then, because it sits in the same dashboard as your citation tracking, you can watch whether the threads you joined start showing up as sources in AI answers.

One thing we're deliberately NOT doing: auto-posting. You reply in your own voice. Communities can smell automated brand replies from orbit, and honestly, they should.

Two questions for this community:

  1. If a tool showed you exactly where your buyers were asking questions right now, would your team actually go reply? Or does that still feel like someone's full-time job?

  2. What's the line between "brand joining a conversation" and "brand spamming a thread" for you?

Genuinely curious. This space has strong opinions and we'd rather hear them now.
