Saski AI - Multichannel AI Support Built for SMB's

My name is Azar Obeidat , I’ve spent most of my career managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE — environments where precision, timing, and systems thinking weren’t optional; they were everything. That experience shaped how I approach problems: break them down, streamline them, solve them.

But over the years, one thing kept pulling me in a different direction — AI.

Not the buzzwords or headlines. What fascinated me was AI’s ability to learn, adapt, and automate the small, tedious processes that waste time and drain focus. I started teaching myself Python, diving into machine learning, reinforcement learning, and most recently, large language models. I spent nights training models to trade stocks and building small agents to handle routine tasks — not for show, but to make life easier.

It wasn’t academic for me. It was personal.

Later, when I started a web design agency, I experienced the same frustration many solo founders face. I was responsible for everything — building websites, answering client questions, capturing leads, managing updates — across multiple platforms. Emails, WhatsApp, Messenger, web forms… it was overwhelming.

What I needed was an AI assistant to handle customer support, capture leads across all channels, and actually get things done — not just answer questions.

So I searched for tools. And what I found were two types of solutions:

Platforms that were too complex or required technical expertise

Simple bots that could only answer basic questions — they couldn’t book meetings, create support tickets, or update CRMs

Most of them worked on one channel, like a website widget, but had no support for social media, SMS, or phone.

That’s when the idea for Saski AI came to life.

I wanted to build something for people like me — small business owners who wear too many hats and need real help. A no-code platform where you can create smart AI agents, connect them with your tools, and deploy them to wherever your customers are — all without writing a line of code.

That’s what I’m building now with my small amazing team , Saski AI.

And I truly believe it’s the kind of product I needed years ago.
