Salesmachine + Slack, how to put that into words? Simply MA-GI-CAL ✨

I like where you are going with this. The Intercom slack integration is not very useful for customer health, it's just a stream of stuff. The Salesforce bot in slack is super useful but is limited to account record information, not CS.

This is such a great move. Glad to get this kind of info directly in Slack.
