How are you currently sending proposals to clients?

I built this because I kept seeing freelancers lose deals not because of their skills, but because their proposals were slow, generic, or just got ghosted.

Curious — how are you currently handling proposals? Google Docs? A tool? Emailing PDFs and hoping for the best?
