First version is how we're using our Data Cloud products to answer AI spend! So we built this AI Spend Console to tie the products up together in a simple use case.

I was curious, how does AI Spend Console handle approval workflows or policy exceptions? For example, can it understand company specific spending policies and flag or approve requests accordingly?

Very excited to see this launch! We set out to build something that wasn't just a typical dashboard, but a cool dashboard. We didn't want you to just see what was happening, but learn about patterns and get recommendations on what to do instead.
Since we started building this, I've used it to check my own usage, my team's usage, and company-wide trends. When something stood out, I could just ask Rippling AI "where did you get that information?" or "what led you to that insight?" and dig right in. Honestly, the best part is how fun it is to see the responses come back.

The interesting thing about AI Spend Console is that it goes beyond “who spent what.” AI tools spread fast across teams, and the real challenge is tying usage, ownership, approvals, and ROI back to the org. Rippling has a natural advantage here because the employee, app, and spend context is already connected.
