I got tired of build comment sections again and again every time I've worked on a new side project, so decided to build my last one! It's style is fully customizable, it is backend agnostic and it leverages your own existing user base. Let m know what you think! Hope it helps others.

I really like the concept of Replyke! How customizable are the comment sections? Can I change the look and feel to match the branding of my website?
Yanay Tsabary
@iuliia_all thanks, glad to hear you like it! All the different parts in the section have their general placement, but you have a free hand for basic everything else. Colors, margins, paddings, texts used, border radius, borders etc. Practically everything I saw that could be controlled I’ve made so. If you think I’ve missed something though, or have an idea for something else that should be customizable I’m happy to hear. Over time I’d like to add more customizations and also different layout styles.

@tsabary Hey there! 👋 Replyke sounds like a lifesaver for developers tired of reinventing the wheel with comment sections. 🔄 How does it handle scalability and moderation for larger websites with potentially high user engagement?
Yanay Tsabary
@aashish_peepra Hi Aashish, glad to hear you think it'd be useful as much as I did! Currently, Replyke a stylized functional vessel for your comments data. What that means is that all the data is stored on your servers, Replyke just presents it nicely. You need to implement the API routes (listed in the documentation) and Replyke will interact with your own backend. I am working on a paid version with moderation tools, but essentially anyone can also moderate the content how they see fit as you have all the data.

Nice product! What was the protocol behind finding the idea? I am always curious how to be more creative :)
Yanay Tsabary
@sigmund1 Honestly I've been building side projects I thought could be useful for people for a long time, but often I wasn't the end user of what I was building. When coming up with this I was trying to think what I am the end user of? What do I do a lot and understand the struggles of? Then I realized that building things is actually something that I do a lot, so understand in. When I got there, I tried to thing of what might I be doing that is a waste of time. What process could and should be made much easier. What is it that I keep on doing even though it could be considered redundant in a way. And that's when I realized that building these comment sections is something I always do even though there's nothing really creative there or challenging. It's just something that I always have to do. That's when I thought of Replyke.
