I’m not an Airbnb host so I can’t purport to know much about this domain. 😂 I am curious about how this is being done currently by hosts who don’t have this app?

@metadavid lol! No problem. Currently all apps seem to focus on just cleaning which isn’t enough to turn a property over efficiently. For example if a guest checks out and leaves a huge mess, dishes everywhere, walls dirty, stains on sheets, maybe even the toilet clogged. That’s 3 separate apps just to efficiently solve this issue. If a host has a same day check in, a cleaner generally has about a 4-6 hour window to deep clean a house. So that poor cleaner has to deep clean and attempt to treat stains, wash and dry laundry, make beds, take out trash, etc. So something is going to lack in quality and apps like Airbnb will kick you off for too many 4 star reviews so cleanliness is key. So the host has to get on another app in hopes someone can fix the toilet. My app is based on task delegation. So instead you can auto hire a cleaner and someone to do laundry offsite at every check out. And in the same app, hire someone to come unclog the toilet as well. Just easier and less stressful for everyone.

Amazing product! I've been dreaming of becoming an Airbnb host, and I definitely need to try out this app. There are startups in Korea that offer similar services to owners who rent out party rooms, but it's interesting that this app targets Airbnb specifically. The presentation of the app's UX/UI to explain its features was impressive. However, it would be easier to understand and more engaging if you could provide a written explanation of the features along with the photos, or show an explanatory video.
