We built Remi because of one specific moment: I missed a birthday party because the invitation was buried in a WhatsApp group, my wife had screenshotted it but didn't tell me, and our daughter found out at school the next day that she'd missed her best friend's piñata. That feeling stuck with me. So we built the simplest possible fix: take a photo of any invitation, school flyer, or semester calendar — and the AI adds every event to both parents' calendars in real time. No typing. No forwarding. No "I didn't know." The moment that surprises most parents is the school semester calendar scan — one photo of that printed PDF the school sends home, and 20-40 events land in both calendars in about 15 seconds. We didn't even market this at first; users discovered it and started showing it to other parents.
