Relevare - Self-driving AI-enablement for non-technical teams

We built Relevare to help people identify where they can apply AI to their job, even if they've never built an automation or written a line of code.

I started my career as an engineer. When I moved into a GTM role, I kept finding parts of the job I could automate or do differently with AI. My technical background helped me recognize those opportunities.

My colleagues were much slower to pick things up, and were ultimately enabled by broader org initiatives that applied AI solutions directly to their workflows.

Many businesses outside tech don't have an engineering team to build those solutions or the budget to hire an AI consultancy. The owner and employees have to figure it out alongside the jobs they're already doing.

They have access to the same tools, but knowing your job well doesn't automatically tell you what to automate or how to build it. A process you've followed for years may never occur to you as something worth changing. So even with a ChatGPT subscription, much of the work continues the way it always has.

We want people to have the kind of support my colleagues received, even if their company had no technical team or formal AI initiative. Someone could understand how they work, spot a useful improvement, and help them put it into practice.

That's what we built Relevare to do. It learns from each person's work so they can get that enablement directly, without having to think like an engineer.

Relevare runs on Mac and Windows. It learns about your role and goals, using app activity to understand how you work. It looks for recurring problems and opportunities you may not have thought to streamline.

For example, if you're putting together the same client report every week, Relevare might find a feature in your existing software that removes several steps. It could suggest a different process or design an automation to prepare the report for you to review.

You get guidance on how to make the change. When a custom solution makes sense, Relevare can hand it to ChatGPT or Claude with one click to start building. You decide what to adopt. (Way more integrations coming soon)

Some of our early users had never automated anything beyond a credit card payment. We've watched them discover features in tools they already use and start improving processes they had accepted as part of the job.

For businesses

We want to help business make their companies AI-first without needing a team of consultants or an AI background themselves. Relevare enables employees, while gathering business context in parallel.

Workflow summaries sync to the cloud for analysis across your organization. Combined with your business goals, that context helps Relevare find opportunities that wouldn't be visible from one person's work alone.

Relevare maintains a research library tailored to your industry. It covers recommended ways of doing common tasks, useful features in business software, and what current AI tools can do. That research is updated regularly as tools and working practices change.

Relevare uses this research to review how your business works, including solutions you've already put in place. A new software feature might remove a step your team still does manually. An improvement in AI might make an automation more reliable. Relevare looks at whether those developments would help your business and recommends changes worth considering.

Each recommendation explains what would change and why. You decide whether to adopt it, and employees get guidance on using the new workflow. This review continues after the initial setup, so existing solutions can improve as better options become available.

For AI agencies and consultants

Understanding a client's business can take hours of interviews before you have enough detail to scope a useful project. People may also leave out repetitive work because it feels too routine to mention.

Relevare gives you observed workflows and findings to start from. You can use that evidence to identify projects and focus follow-up questions on what's still unclear. As you implement changes, employees get guidance tied to their work, helping them use what you've delivered.

For privacy, data captured on-screen stays on device and is fully encrypted. PII data filtered before any inference. Business analysis uses shared work summaries, and leadership sees patterns across the team without individual employee attribution. Relevare isn't designed to score employees or give managers a view into someone's daily activity.
