I found this new app while browsing Berkley's Greater Good magazine https://greatergood.berkeley.edu
Looks like a great tool for self reflection, which I can always use more of. App is still in beta with open signup for iOS/Android.

I like the prompt idea, as I currently always use the same questions from the "Five minute journal" and that tends to not encourage reflection that much. Giving it a try!

Can the entries be decrypted by the company or is it storage on the device only?
