I appreciate the fast support and the flexibility in changing licenses but unfortunately I cannot recommend this even though I'd really like to move away from OBS. The reason is that it lags on both my Macbook Air M1 laptop and my Ryzen 5950x, GTX 3070 Windows 10 computer. I understand I should have used the trial version longer to realize that it lags so much it's unusable, so that's kinda my fault. Went through the Troubleshooting categories on their website and it was all I tried already: lower the recording quality, change recording mode, change the size of what I record (if it's custom size). Nothing helped on neither of my devices. One thing I did NOT do is to contact support, because I'm a software developer and I really don't see what they can help me with, apart from asking for some logs (that I need to read beforehand to see it doesn't leak any privacy info). I just see it as more of a waste of my time, and I had enough of that waste with this program trying to get it to work smoothly. If it was laggy only on one device I would have sent them an email, but it's 2 completely different devices with a different OS. I really can't understand what support could do for me, tbh I think they are aware of the problem and the limitations of the program won't allow the devs to improve it / fix it. (for example if it's something like an html5 video recorder / canvas recorder, it's bye, nothing to do about that unless the underlying tech improves) I would not recommend this product.
