Indeed, we are rolling out new features based on user feedback, that means we are willing to have feedback from all of you testing or using the app 😉. We are improving the bot's capabilities plus adding insightful analytics to track the bot's impact on sales and customer satisfaction. Regarding the question about expanding to other platforms in the future, definitely yes! it's in the roadmap but we would like to track the impact on Shopify first, before expanding.
