RapidReviewer's goal is to allow you to generate performance reviews in under 2 minutes. How we do this? We take all your previous GitHub pull request descriptions, as well as having a chrome extension whereby any new pull requests you create, you will be asked for a summary that will be added to the RapidReviewer platform. Then, once you upload your company's levels and expectations, rapidreviewer will generate a performance review tailored to what your company expects in under 2 minutes!
