What should an AI know before it gives career advice?

AI can give generic answers to almost any career question.

But good advice should reflect more than a job title or a résumé. It should understand the pattern of someone’s professional history: their experience, network, strengths, gaps, goals, and the direction they want to take.

That is the problem we are working on with rankedin.
