The idea came from seeing capable people work harder and harder at their careers without becoming clearer about their strengths or direction.

AI can give generic answers to almost any career question.

But good advice should reflect more than a job title or a r sum . It should understand the pattern of someone s professional history: their experience, network, strengths, gaps, goals, and the direction they want to take.

That is the problem we are working on with rankedin.
