Yes! Quidget 2 connects directly with Gmail.

It can read incoming messages, draft and send replies automatically for repetitive cases (like order updates, password resets, cancellations, etc.), and routes anything complex to a human with full context.

The replies are fully customizable. Quidget learns from your own content (help docs, past replies, macros, tone, and brand voice).

You can review or edit any AI draft before it goes out, or let it auto-send for specific cases you trust.
So it stays accurate and on-brand, but still saves your team a ton of time on the repetitive stuff.
