@lyudmila_popova Hi, thanks for the good question! It can be configured to work with the language of your team. You just need to ping us about it. We have clients in Danish, Bulgarian, Czech and more.

@lyudmila_popova really good question. It works with 100+ languages. You can even ask your question in Bulgarian and it will pull out the saved answer in English.

Congratulations on launch @yanatornoe. Interesting product. Curious - how do you prevent any team member from manipulating the data? Meaning, after the info is added to the KB, does it go through the approval process?

@yanatornoe @ashitvora good question Ashit. You can set permissions to which members from your team should have editor rights. Meaning who can save info and edit it. We currently do this per customer basis, and have the feature on the roadmap.

@vietpham This is a super good question. It really depends on the data of your company inside Notion and Zendesk. The bot is very versatile and can be instructed to: - Use specific docs & folders to browse through and generate an answer with references - Simply reference the user to the specific document when they ask in Slack
