Hi @flighthack . A few differences 1. We take our cut from the OTA, not from the customer :-) 2. We provide multiple options for the customer, so that they can rebook with the website/offer they feel most comfortable with. 3. We do not make any changes on behalf of the customer. We alert the customer, and they are in control throughout the whole rebooking process. Hope that answers your question

This is the info we obtain: o Website used for booking hotel o Hotel Name o Address + city + country of hotel o Check in Date o Check out Date o Meal Plan o Amenities (wifi, parking etc) o Room Type o How many rooms in reservation (and each room type) o Number of Adults o Number of Children o Cancellation policy and last date of free cancellation o Price and what it includes (taxes etc) o Email address the customer uses to forward their reservation.

Hi @shakedbr . Yes, our Chrome Extension will import the info of your new, cheaper reservation, and we will start searching for better prices. Quite common that a hotel reservation experiences 2 or even 3 price drops...we got you covered, regardless of how many times the price drops.

Hi @etgar. Yes, our algorithm searched for the exact same room OR BETTER , as long as it's cheaper than your original hotel reservation.

Hi @dan_balter . No, you (the customer) is in charge of rebooking the new reservation and cancelling the original one. Pruvo is an alert service, but the customer makes the decisions and takes action.
