We also have integrations with Slack and Intercom, which can be used to collect insights from customers. Regarding the competitors, we provide automatic competitor analysis, which tracks changes in pricing, changes in features and marketing activities such as pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and much more.
