Hey, guys and thanks for the thread, Steve!
Will be happy to hear any thoughts on UserWatch launch: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/userwatch-2 :)
Fellow makers, waiting to check out your projects too!

@dima_havryliukÂ
There's nothing in the launch that explains how it works. Is this using heatmaps? Do I install a tracking script on my site? What funnels can it optimize for? There's a ton of detail missing in this launch that makes me not trust it and leads to the launch page feeling rushed and low quality
Your Maker comment only adds to this. It doesn't explain why you made the company, how it works, how to use it, etc. It reads like a rushed, low signal comment
Not totally launch relevant but the website could also provide a single example of something it helped a user learn, too.
@dima_havryliuk @steveb Steve this is incredible, constructive and REAL feedback.. very valuable.
My first ever launch is coming up on May 1rst.
I hope you will be so kind as to lovingly kick its ass, too :)
@matt__mcdonagh Hey Matt! Nice running into you here! I'm curious what Orion will bring to the world. Looking forward to your launch!
@hyuntak_lee Thank you for saying so. It's my very first Product Hunt launch, and first consumer app in general. Excited but nervous!
B2B is all about surfacing needs, and building the right solutions to match.
Consumer requires a little more "mind reading" because the same ability to design the product for the client doesn't exist... too many clients with too many different needs!
@steveb Thanks a lot for the feedback, Steve! Just implemented the updates based on it! :)
Hey guys, I’d love to hear your thoughts on my startup: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/huetryon?utm_source=other&utm_medium=social
FuseBase
how does it differ from just asking Chat GPT to change the hairstyle? @yossefaymanzedanÂ
@kate_ramakaieva Hey! Great question, and something I’ve thought about a lot while building HueTryOn.
The key difference is precision. Tools like ChatGPT or general AI editors often change the entire image or regenerate it completely. With HueTryOn, we first segment the hair so only the hair is edited. Your face, skin, lighting, and background all stay exactly the same.
This makes the result look much more realistic and useful. Whether you’re a stylist showing a client different options or someone imagining a new look, you get a natural preview that truly reflects your real photo.
Happy to share a few examples if you're curious!
This is the original image:
This is ChatGPT’s result when asked to change the hair color to "smoky silver":
And this is HueTryOn's smoky silver preview:

Cool
I wanted to try it out for fun (pink has always called to me) but the modal window on the home page turned me off. Too much text that was irrelevant for me and felt undirected and mildly spammy. Just my two cents.
Hey guys!
Happy to share my new product and to hear any thoughts

Reading the description of the launch, I have no idea what the product does.
What does 'orchestrating models' mean?
What does 'the best models for code are activated' mean? You just select Claude 3.7?
The website should not be the login form, but the actual website
The actual website does not have any info on it so I am still confused as to what it is/does

@kate_ramakaieva haha yeah it does have some shock value for click throughs :)
FuseBase
@reid_kimball you should add it from desktop 🙌
My Financé
@reid_kimball ahh the ios app that makes more sense. yeah just head over to the website (producthunt.com) and you should be able to do it there.

Hey @steveb ! Thanks for the great opportunity to get feedback before the launch day. Please take a look at our page, we worked hard to create a tool that transforms non-technical feedback and issue reports into detailed AI prompts to resolve bugs faster. We hope to find our target audience here to simplify the debugging process.
Here is our page https://www.producthunt.com/posts/webvizio-prompts-for-ai-coding-agents - please roast it đź’Ą

Cool
This looks good and I get it
I use @Jam but would try this
It took me a few read throughs to understand that this is for copying into an AI IDE but I'm not sure if anything would make it more clear
Good luck!
Hey everyone, thanks for the thread, Steve! 🙌
Excited to hear your thoughts on the ClawCloud Run launch: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/clawcloud-run 🚀
Fellow makers, can’t wait to check out your awesome projects too! 👀💡

Strong suggestion to proofread your entire launch page and website. There are grammatical errors throughout the maker comment, images, and description. These are so glaring that in many cases I have no idea what it trying to be communicated. Some examples:
"Before you even get to testing yo"
"Saving your cost"
"supported hundreds of applications"
It's hard for me to understand what this company does and where it fits into the tech stack
The entire thing feels rushed and low quality which does not build trust for an infrastructure platform

Hey Guys!
Just launching tomorrow and would love to get your feedback on my product page.

Really appreciate your time.

@hugofiliperÂ
I'm late on this but it looks pretty good to me
I haven't seen a meditation app designed for families (much less pets) which is a cool angle
Very minor: the wordbreak on your homepage is awkward:

@steveb Hi Steve!
No worries and thanks for sharing your feedback.
Please give the app a try and let me know what you think.

The idea is very cool! But, based on the draft launch, I can't see myself spending time trying to understand what it does on the leaderboard, and so it would probably not show up on my radar.
The headline image doesn't tell me anything about the product, and the font colour makes it hard to read "Use AI pr??? on any webpage"
Your demo video is 7m long. Can you show me what it is and what problem it solves in 30 seconds?
KBucket
@andrew_g_stewart Thanks for the feedback. I have taken your advice and changed the image and the headline. Not sure how to control the font on the banner. I think it is adjusted based on the background of the image.
Did you get a chance to watch the video. The first 30 seconds explains the product and you get to see exactly what it does in the first 65 seconds.
Appreciate you.
Best;
Karan
Hey Guys !!
Launching next month 7th May, bookmark the day and share your opinions..
"Opinion Matters"
Have a look: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/habithook-social-habit-tracker
Hey Readers !! What about your product ??
Product Hunt
@prahemant001Â
As far as habit trackers go, this seems fine
If it was me, I'd lean way harder into the social/leaderboard aspect as that feels somewhat unique
There are a typos in most of the images, ex "add all your task at one place", etc that make me lose confidence in this
Qibble
Hello Everyone thanks for the thread, @steveb

The launch looks good but the website makes it hard to understand what you want people to use this for
The launch speaks to 'free speech' issues but the website has stuff like 'who is the most attractive' and 'i think lebron is the best'. My interest was piqued from the launch but the website lost me.
