Hello all, My name is Simon Hilton, Host of the Product Ops People Podcast. After talking with dozens of product leaders, I was often being asked for a summary to get Product Ops started in their organisation. None existed, so I wrote it myself. Product Ops Pillars is a short guide to help product leaders understand how valuable Product Ops can be in your organisation.
