Long walk + switching off notifications completely. Building solo means your brain never fully leaves work mode, so the disconnect has to be intentional.
@imad_elkhafi Absolutely agree, great approach! I’ve actually stopped taking my phone with me on walks so I don’t get distracted, because the temptation is always there 😊

@gostroverhov Leaving the phone at home is the real move honestly otherwise you're just carrying the distraction with you. Hard habit to build but worth it.
