Adding regarding problem number 9: two similar problems have already been published on ProblemHunt. I recommend paying attention to it. 😊

And also, for problem number 4, there was a similar problem on ProblemHunt earlier. The essence is almost the same.

And for problem number 5, there was also a similar one on ProblemHunt.

5 can be possibly executed very fast. It just needs a good programmer who can crete something like that :D

To be honest, I don't really believe this can be solved at all, because you need to take so much context into account (1000+ pitfalls to avoid when creating a successful business). But if someone does manage to solve this problem — they'll surely get rich :D

I like the roundup, especially the part with checking odds for construction projects -it’ll save a ton of time!

Misha, glad you liked it! Hope it'll also be useful when building your new startup :)

I like 10 and it seems like an easy to build platform that will have the ability to be the standard for many markets and have high impact. Strait forward what needs to be built and probably a monopoly because there is no reason for a second player.

If you can do it, it will be awesome! 🦄

Great list — very grounded, real-world problems 👌

What stands out to me is how many of these are “trust + time” problems, not just tech problems (remote support for parents, hidden bank fees, verified contractors, charity transparency). Those are the kinds of problems people will pay to remove.

#2 and #9 feel especially ripe right now with AI actually being useful, not just flashy. Curious — are these pulled from real conversations you’ve seen, or patterns from Product Hunt / indie launches?
