Hey everyone, It's simple as that: Your customer scans a QR Code and starts chatting with your company via SMS or a web chat. On the company side, you have full control of your conversations, set auto reply messages with business hours, add tags, create customers profiles and organize them into segments by keeping history. We've designed thinking mostly in hotels (they can place QR Codes inside each room or common areas like the swimming pool or gym to talk to the front desk).
