PHPRunner - Professional web apps with little or no coding

This has to be my favourite software tool which I have been using for about 15 years now. It has enabled me to build sophisticated specialised applications that have become mission-critical in several businesses. Thanks very much to you and your team Sergey for all your hard work over the years - very much appreciated.

Have been using PHPRunner for the last 13 years for all my Office Automation at a CPA Firm. I have been able to make some of the most wonderful apps with the least coding experience. The Software has been growing constantly with many features being added with each release. Keep up the good work @sergey_korilov1 and team.

I have used the 3 products from XLinesoft (ASPRunnerPro, ASPRunner.Net and PHPRunner) since 2008. At 4 different companies. Delivered various CRUD applications, web mashups and process automations. Some built in a few hours, others in a few days, others were part of projects that took months to complete due to the app complexity and sophistication (a CRM system). Won hack-days with the web mashups created. I have also used other RAD tools like Windev, WebDev, and database/forms builders like Microsoft Access, FilemakerPro, Form.IO since 1996. More recently i have evaluated Retool, Tooljet, Appsmith. Whilst some of these more recent tools (built for the cloud) are great too, i am sticking with Xlinesoft products for the foreseable future because. 1 - Cost reasons You own the intellectual property of the apps you develop - free of extra charges, and can deploy them without extra subscription license costs (Retool will charge you per app viewer per month, even if you deploy on-premise). I must prefer to know my costs in advance and pay a fee per developer seat. 2 - PHP You get to have a strong server side programming language that you can customize with various endpoints. A lot of the other tools however rely on client side code frameworks like React and rely on customisations in javascript. 3 - Habit & data integrity Although PHPRunner can build a database for you, i have a data-model first approach. Which means you really let the tool focus on what it's good at (the UI logic & rendering). A lot of the other tools mentioned, tend to add an additional layer between the front-end and the back-end (node.js) which is not something i am familiar with. They seem to be centered around API data meshing and data consumption in JSON, rather than coming from a strong ACID transactional communication with the database (which they can 'kind of' do as well). 4 - Evolution The Xlinesoft PHPRunner software and the other two products, have kept evolving over the last 15 years, with bug fixes being released very quickly and new features being released constantly. Introduction of REST APIs, Maps, new chart libraries, responsive design, bootstrap, etc.. Try it out, you are getting a product that has matured, and will tick most if not all of your boxes, whether you want to develop a quick data mesh or a very robust web application, to digitilize your processes or transform parts of your business systems, tactically, or even strategically in certain cases.

I've used PHP Runner for several years to build in-house business tools, or "apps" as the kids are calling them. PHPRunner has an extremely intuitive user interface that does a great job of preventing the user from screwing up their own project. I have no formal programming training but was able to build a functional website intranet on top of a MySQL database in just a few days and only 1 headache. A+ with 2 thumbs up.

Combining ease of use, user friendliness and power at the same time, Runner is unbeatable. Ability to start with no coding at all and have freedom to code at will if needed is worth a lot. Not to be compared with frustrating experience with IDE's where window layout looks like Boeing 707 cockpit, documentation is sparse and user forums are full of arrogant RTFM style geeks.

PHPRunner is a remarkable product for creating web applications with PHP and a variety of databases. I have used PHPRunner over many years to creating to create signification applications for clients. It's my 'go to' solution.
