When does a reminder feel helpful—and when does it feel like nagging?

Some reminders feel like relief: they arrive at the right moment, make the next step obvious, and let you stop carrying something in your head. Others feel like the app is scolding you for not acting.

We re thinking carefully about that distinction while building Savor. Is the difference the timing, the tone, how often it repeats, or whether you chose the reminder yourself?

I d love to hear a real example:

  • When did a reminder genuinely help you?

  • What makes one cross the line into nagging?

  • If you re not ready to act, what should happen instead?

What’s the thought that never makes it into your to-do list?

We built Savor for the small intentions that are too meaningful to lose but too half-formed for a task list: the flyer on the fridge, the person you meant to call, the place someone recommended, or the bill you photographed so you wouldn t forget.
Before we launch on Product Hunt, I d love to learn from you: what kind of thought tends to slip through your system? Where does it live now and what usually makes it resurface too late?
Reply with a real example, minus anything private. I ll share what we hear and how it shapes Savor.
