Paperwork - Send cold emails that actually get responses

by
Most outbound in 2026 is broken. We’re all tired of AI-generated flattery about our LinkedIn posts from three weeks ago. Paperwork moves away from generic "Level 1" personalization and focuses on Situational Relevance. Whether it’s a specific customer complaint on Reddit, a long-open job role, or a recent fundraising round, Paperwork finds the "Why Now" for your outreach. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model means no "credit tax", just raw, actionable intent data at cost.

We’ve all seen the advice: "Mention their college! Comment on their last LinkedIn post! Mention their hobby!" In 2026, this is called personalization theatre, and prospects see right through it. If I get an email that says, "Hey, saw you went to NYU, go Violets! Anyway, want to buy my lead-gen service?" I know an AI wrote it in 2 seconds. It's fake rapport. I’ve found that the only thing actually getting replies right now is situational relevance Instead of talking about them, talk about their current situation. Instead of saying "Saw your website about digital marketing" say "How'd the recent fundraising round affect your on-site traffic?" I started using Clay to solve for this and saw a good increase in response rate, but paying for Clay each month was killing my wallet. So I built a tool of my own. It's still in the early stages but it's been extremely helpful in actually personalizing emails. Would love to get your guys's feedback too!
