I do a much better job at sticking to positive habits when I have some social pressure. I built this app so my friends could hold me accountable for meditating and running every day.
A few tips:
- Pacts with two or three people work best; any larger and people don't feel so compelled to act
- Start small, try a daily journaling habit with a friend
- Sign in with google to have a profile picture (I'll add custom pictures later)
