New: Organization workspaces for collaborative OSINT
Hi everyone!
We have just shipped Organizations, one of the biggest additions in our latest Osintly update.
Until now, Osintly was primarily built around individual accounts. Organizations introduce dedicated workspaces where investigators can collaborate while keeping company activity separate from personal work.
With an organization, teams can:
- Invite members securely and assign Owner, Admin, or Viewer roles
- Work from a shared investigation history
- Use shared monthly credits based on the number of active seats
- Manage members, permissions, activity, seats, and billing centrally
- Create organization-scoped API keys with separate usage limits and billing
That last point is especially important for teams connecting Osintly to internal tools: company API integrations no longer need to be mixed with a member's personal account or workspace.
Organizations are not only intended for large enterprises. They are also useful for small investigation teams, cybersecurity professionals, researchers, journalists, and anyone who needs to conduct OSINT work together. Enterprise teams are already using Osintly, and this release gives them a much cleaner way to manage that work.

We would love to hear what you think, especially about the workspace model, permissions, and what your team would need next.
