On LinkedIn, “no thanks” usually means “not now”

Most follow-up tools run on a fixed clock: day 3, day 7, day 14. Replies don’t work like that. “Busy until May” means write in May. “We already use X” means stop. “Not me, talk to Ana” means ask Ana.
I’m teaching Oru to read the reply and set the next date from it, and never to send on its own.
How do you handle a soft no? Do you follow up, or let it go?
