I'm Sanad, co-founder of Orbis. Building this came out of pure frustration.
If you've ever hired in the Middle East, you know the pain. A single role in Amman, Riyadh, or Dubai pulls in 500–2,000+ applications. CVs are inconsistent, Arabic, English, sometimes both in the same doc. Job titles don't map cleanly to global standards. "Marketing Manager" in one company is a graphic designer in another.
