After years of silently battling anxiety and panic attacks, I realized the missing piece was awareness. Not long lectures. Not overwhelming tools. Just calm, simple, powerful understanding—delivered in a way our minds can actually handle when we’re struggling.
That’s how Oragic was born.
We’ve launched our very first course inside the app: short calming videos + Duolingo-style interactive lessons, all designed to help you understand anxiety and panic attacks at your own pace. No pressure, no shame. Just healing.
