Fixed Rumble Cloudflare challenge loop and ihavenotv.com links now open internally in WebView.

Changes:

• Critical Fix: Fixed Rumble Cloudflare challenge loop: cookies were being overwritten on every navigation by restoreRumbleCookies in onNavigationStateChange, causing Cloudflare to re-challenge after each redirect. Now cookies are only restored once on initial WebView mount, allowing fresh Cloudflare cookies to persist naturally for the session.

• ihavenotv.com links now open internally: removed external browser redirect so target=_blank links load inside WebView.

• Bumped version to 1.0.10 (versionCode 11)
