Fixed Rumble channel links opening externally, blocked ad domains causing DNS errors, added scroll position restoration, persisted Cloudflare cookies across Rumble navigations, improved YouTube compatibility, and added epilepsy warning to disclaimer.

Changes:

Fixed onOpenWindow handler: HTTP/HTTPS links with target=_blank now navigate within WebView instead of opening external browser
• Blocked ad domains (decafeligiblyhad.com, cpcstar.com, mbdippex.com, tapecontent.net, tapepops.com, abysscdn.com, sssrr.org, morphify.net, acertb.com) that caused DNS error code -2 on ihavenotv.com
• Added scroll position restoration: navigating back in WebView now returns to where you left off instead of the top of the page
• Rumble Cloudflare persistence: Cloudflare cookies now persist across sessions pass the challenge once and it remembers. Native CookiePersistModule saves/restores cookies around incognito clearing. Incognito mode stays on for all non-Rumble sites.
• Improved YouTube compatibility: YouTube watch URLs now auto-redirect to embedded player format to reduce bot detection challenges
• Epilepsy warning added to app disclaimer viewer discretion advised for content that may trigger photosensitive seizures
• Merged fallback ad domains into cached EasyList so custom blocks always apply
• Bumped version to 1.0.9 (versionCode 10)
