We built this because running hackathons and events with scattered tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows was slowing everyone down and killing the energy of otherwise great ideas. With 1i1 evolving from CRM into an event engine, we wanted organizers to manage registrations, teams, mentors, and judging from one place, while giving participants a smoother journey from sign‑up to demo day. Along the way, we kept refining the platform around real events we run ourselves, so every feature reflects a pain point we’ve actually felt on the ground.
